The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the hospitality industry, is knowledgeable about a variety of drinks and cocktails, and is capable of providing excellent customer service.
A successful candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, a passion for mixology, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, including stocking of supplies.
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Ensure that all guests are served in a timely manner.
Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
