- Take food and drink orders from customers and ensure accuracy - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations - Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with kitchen staff - Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices is a plus - Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services Job Types:
